My Pasta Receipe with Indian Tadka

Just tried Pasta with Indian Spices. It came out so good that Now we keep on serving to others in Parties or on other occasions.

Ingredients :

400g pasta, penne or spirals
2 Green Chillis
2 Capcisum
4-5 Tomatoes
4-5 Baby Corns
4-5 Asparagus
4-5 Sheets of Cheese (if you like more Cheese then Add more slices or can also use shreded cheese too)
Oregano Leaves for Fragrance and taste
Salt to Taste
3 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Corriander Powder
1 tpsp Red Chilli

Mint Chutney

Ingredients :

1 bunch of Mint Leaves
1 Unripened Mango
2-3 Green Chillis
1 small piece Ginger
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp corriander leave powder
Salt to Taste
Black pepper to Taste

Method :
Wash the Mint Leaves properly
Blend all the Ingredients togther with little water.
